Step 1 — Check Availability First
Before submitting a booking form, please contact us to check availability for your required dates and pet type.
Availability can vary depending on:
- dates requested
- type of pet
- accommodation required
A member of our team will confirm whether we are able to accommodate your pet.
Step 2 — Deposit (If Requested)
Once availability has been confirmed, we may request a deposit to secure the booking.
- Deposits are not required for all bookings
- Where requested, deposits must be paid before proceeding further
- Deposit details will be provided once availability is confirmed
This ensures dates and accommodation are reserved for your pet.
Step 3 — Complete the Booking Form
After availability has been confirmed and any requested deposit has been paid, we will ask you to complete our booking form.
The booking form allows us to gather:
- care routines
- dietary requirements
- accommodation needs
- any additional information relevant to your pet’s stay
This ensures we are fully prepared ahead of arrival.

- Booking forms submitted without prior availability confirmation may not be accepted
- Completing the process in the correct order helps us provide the best possible care
